Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj (1 hour), then transfer to Bardia National Park (2 hours). Drive through the scenic Terai landscape with views of villages and farmland. Check into your jungle lodge and enjoy lunch. Afternoon briefing about the park and wildlife. Evening nature walk around the lodge area with a naturalist guide, learning to identify animal tracks and bird calls. Traditional Tharu dinner with cultural entertainment.

Early morning jeep safari (5:30 AM) into the core area of Bardia National Park - the best time to spot tigers, deer, and other wildlife. The park is known for having the highest tiger density in Nepal. Search for one-horned rhinos, wild elephants, spotted deer, and wild boar. Return to lodge for breakfast. Late morning canoe ride on the Karnali River, watching for gharial crocodiles, mugger crocodiles, and water birds. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon walking safari in the buffer zone with your naturalist guide.

After breakfast, visit the elephant breeding center to see baby elephants and learn about conservation efforts. Return via Tharu villages to experience local life. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon jeep safari focusing on different areas of the park. Evening bird watching walk - Bardia has over 400 species including rare giant hornbills and Bengal floricans. Farewell dinner with Tharu stick dance performance.
