Welcome to Navigate Globe. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Navigate Globe's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Navigate Globe provides travel and tourism services in Nepal, including but not limited to:

  • Helicopter tours and flights
  • Trekking and mountaineering expeditions
  • Cultural and sightseeing tours
  • Adventure activities
  • Hotel and accommodation bookings
  • Transportation services

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and written confirmation from Navigate Globe. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the trip departure date
  • Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include services as specified in the itinerary. Additional costs such as visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Navigate Globe

We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4.3 Weather-Related Cancellations

Helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions. If a flight is cancelled due to weather, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund for that service.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings is mandatory for all adventure activities. Proof of insurance may be required before departure.

6. Health and Fitness

Participants must be in good physical health appropriate for the activities booked. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to exclude anyone whose condition may affect the safety of the group.

7. Assumption of Risk

Travel in Nepal, particularly adventure activities such as trekking, mountaineering, and helicopter flights, involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:

  • Altitude sickness
  • Unpredictable weather conditions
  • Remote locations with limited medical facilities
  • Physical exertion and challenging terrain
  • Wildlife encounters

8. Liability Limitations

Navigate Globe acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, helicopter operators, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, war, etc.)
  • Your failure to follow instructions or advice
  • Pre-existing medical conditions

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.

9. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, local conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives.

10. Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required permits. Navigate Globe can assist with permit applications but is not responsible for permit denials or delays.

11. Conduct

We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards guides, staff, local communities, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for inappropriate behavior.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Navigate Globe and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
